I absolutely love colour. I could spend hours mixing colours and be perfectly happy with my day. I keep notebooks of colour mixtures so that I can remember my favourites and also colour match those found around me.

I seem to like to collect things. My studio has many “little stuffed animal friends” that I enjoy sharing my space with. I also have a collection of die cast cars, many of which are part of my original collection starting from a young age. I occasionally add one or two when I see something I like.

I have a wish that someday I could have a part in designing tiny, and or small footprint homes focusing on the interiors and layouts. I love interior design and would enjoy cultivating a relaxing, functional, and beautiful small space for others to enjoy and live their best lives in. I feel it’s important given our current housing challenges that more affordable and attainable housing, including small home communities, be made available so that more people can experience the security of owning their own home.

I am enjoying cultivating an illustrative style both in digital format and traditional art media like watercolour, ink pens etc. I’m excited to see where this addition to my realistic style leads me in my creative journey. I am interested in exploring how my creative works would live in the world on surfaces such as home goods, stationary, interior design, etc.

I enjoy teaching and imparting what I know to others. So, I will be working on developing classes teaching the various creative techniques that I use. I am really excited about this journey. Please join my mailing list to be the first to know when classes are available.
