Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Duplication of artwork and photography?
A. I retain all rights to the duplication of my work. This means that none of my work sold in any format (painting, drawing, photograph, prints, or any content on this website etc.) may be duplicated for any purpose for personal or professional purposes by a collector/buyer or other without my written consent. This includes photographing any purchased artwork and printing it for any purpose, even personal use. Prints of my work are available upon request please contact me for details. Thank you for respecting my copyright.
Q. How can I see the art in my space?
A. I can offer in many instances a digital room mockup with my artwork in the image. Please contact me for details on how to send me an image of your room and we can go from there.
Prior to purchasing artwork if you have any concerns about the piece you have selected and how it may fit in your home or office, please contact me and I will be happy to answer your questions. I provide live zoom and or other video chat services to assist you in selecting the right piece for your needs. I am able to include exact measurements of the unframed work and make suggestions for framing (which will help provide an idea of framed work dimensions) so that you have options to make your purchase as stress free as possible.
Q.Where do you ship your work?
A. I am happy to offer shipping across Canada, and the United States. I currently do not ship to other parts of the world at this time. I apologize for any inconvenience. Please be advised that US customers are responsible for any added taxes, duties, or border fees associated with their order.
If you are a Vancouver Island resident, or you are planning a visit to the Qualicum Beach area, you are welcome to contact me and there is a possibility with safe distancing due to COVID-19 that I can meet you to drop the pre-paid artwork off. (Please note during COVID in studio visits are not possible but I can offer various video chat options such as Zoom, FaceTime, etc. and I can show you available artwork in this manner. Thank you for your understanding.)
I require all work to be pre-paid through this website using the supplied payment process (shopping cart) prior to arranging a local drop off. This is the only option for payment at this time. Thank you for your understanding. If you pre-pay for shipping through the website and end up picking the work up locally I will refund you the shipping cost once you have taken possession of the work.
Q. Shipping Costs
A. When you go through the payment process on this website shipping costs will be made available depending on your location prior to making final payment.
Q. What payment options do you take?
A. Please use the websites secure shopping cart feature to make your purchases using Paypal or Stripe for credit cards. This is a secure way of paying for your beautiful new artwork for your home.
Q. Can I buy prints of your artwork?
A. Yes you can! All available prints of my work can be found on the Prints page. Limited Edition prints of watercolor work is done on archival paper. I feel this is the closest to the original watercolor work I can provide in printed format. Other surfaces available vary and include canvas, facemount plexi, and aluminum. If you would like to have a regular run print placed on a surface other than archival paper and alternative options are not listed on the page for that product please email me to ask for options available to you.
Q. Do you sell and or ship your work framed or unframed?
A. The artwork displayed in the store under Originals or Prints will state whether a piece is framed or unframed and or matted or un-matted. I am happy to suggest frame sizes and frame choices which will help make this process easier.
The exception to this is that small works have the option of being framed by one of my local providers prior to shipping but please note I would ship framed work with plexiglass and not glass due to breakage in the shipping/handling process. Additional charges for framing are on top of the purchase price of the artwork.
Plexiglass used in the framing process will not be UV protected. Please contact me after your purchase to discuss your framing options and costs and we can also discuss the intended location of the artwork to decide if UV protected materials are the best option for you.
Ideally, taking your newly purchased art to a framing specialist in your local area is recommended as they will make sure to discuss the best archival materials available to preserve the work for the future since acid will destroy artwork over time. Please make sure to speak with your framing specialist and ask for “archival framing”, or “conservation framing” to make sure you are protecting your investment, and my art, for future generations.
Q. Do you take commissions?
A. Thank you for your kind interest, I am flattered. Please contact me with more information using my contact form. Please include the size you would like the finished artwork to be and if you would like the work completed in watercolor or graphite pencil and I will be in touch with you within 48 hours to discuss the project further. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you.
Please join my Collectors List (found on my home page) to be the first to know about new work and upcoming events.

Please visit the Returns Policy page for more detailed information and also the Terms & Conditions page. As always, contact me ahead of making your purchase so that I may help you select artwork or answer your questions.
Q. Shipping Process
A. All original artwork and limited edition prints will be securely wrapped and placed into the appropriate packaging and shipped to you with a tracking number, and in most cases will have insurance and will require signature upon receipt for security purposes. Standard prints will be mailed in secure packaging but will not feature tracking, insurance, or signature upon receipt.

Please keep in mind once a package is shipped (original artwork and limited edition prints will have tracking numbers and in some cases a signature upon receipt will also be required) I will use the tracking numbers to locate shipments.
